Happy Birthday, NHS! National Social Care and Frontline Workers Day
On 5th July 2021, we celebrated the 73rd Birthday of the NHS. It also marked the first national Social Care and Frontline Workers Day.
Our staff have been tirelessly and selflessly working throughout the pandemic, fiercely protecting all our vulnerable residents, and keeping them safe.
This day was to celebrate our staff, to recognise their efforts and to appreciate all that they have done during such difficult circumstances.
As such, the directors of Brookvale Healthcare decided to engage the services of Rubaina Mulla, a local Body Shop at Home consultant. She took on the task of creating individual gift boxes with a few small tokens of appreciation for over 350 staff members through the group.
The gift boxes were delivered on Monday morning, and were met with gratitude and appreciation.
Our success is and has always been down to the excellent care that our staff provide. Thank you to all our staff who have been working throughout this pandemic, for supporting each other and continuing to look after our residents.
