Crossway House had the pleasure of having a visit from Siena Callander and her family during this Christmas period.

Siena contacted Cross Way House last year to ask whether she would be able to give some Christmas presents to residents who did not have family. The Manager, Della Pope was more than happy to have Siena visit, and it was a very touching moment when Siena delivered the presents.

Siena contacted the home again this year to do the same and Della was thrilled to welcome her back. We were even more stunned when Siena’s mum told her that Siena had selflessly saved up her pocket money through the year to do this.

Although Siena could not go into the home, she made a window visit with her family. Safe to say, Siena’s visit has not only impacted residents and staff in the home but has also shown us all the true spirit of Christmas.

The Directors, Staff and Residents all extend their sincere thanks to Siena for coming up with this initiative and visiting the home!
