Following strict Coronavirus restrictions and much to the delight of fans of the sport, stadiums have been opened to allow supporters to safely watch and cheer on their favourite teams.
That is no different for Portsmouth F.C. who have opened the gates at Fratton Park to let 2,000 eager fans cheer on Portsmouth F.C following the ease of national restrictions.
Of those enthusiastic fans, Pete, who is a resident of Mary Rose Manor in Copnor has gone the extra mile throughout the pandemic. Pete has quite literally, brought football home.
Pete, a lifelong supporter of Portsmouth F.C. wanted to redecorate his room at Mary Rose Manor, to pledge his unwavering support for the club. With the help and expertise of our talented in-house maintenance team, Keith and Liam, the room was decorated to Pete’s specifications complete with artificial grass on the wall.
The blue and white room, an ode to Pete’s favourite team is kitted out with jerseys, mascots, a football and of course, the giant Portsmouth F.C. crest.
Pete has created his very own football haven, and his sheer delight with his new room puts a smile on anyone’s face.
The newly decorated room, much like the game, demonstrates deeper sentiments of loyalty and teamwork. We love your new room Pete, and we hope you do too!
