As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, all Brookvale Healthcare homes will be moving to Nourish Electronic Care Planning System to further improve our services. The aim is to have all homes migrated on to the system by the end of February 2020: Brookvale Healthcare has an aspiration to become a leading provider of high quality care, to improve CQC inspection reports and services provided to our residents.  It is hoped implementing Nourish will contribute to these aims by further improving the following:

• Outcomes for residents
• Recording of care
• Care delivery
• Care planning
• Staff efficiency and productivity
• Audits and quality assurance
• Reduced bureaucracy
• Support to any investigations including Safeguarding
